Our annual service school offers excellent learning opportunities for researchers and technicians of all levels of product expertise . EGC personnel will be on hand to instruct on the latest systems, troubleshooting techniques, and to answer any questions users may have.

  • Service Topics Covered: Refrigeration and electrical troubleshooting techniques, calibration of temperature and humidity controls, preventative maintenance, valves, controller and host systems.
  • Chamber Types Covered: Controlled Environment Rooms, Plant Tissue Culture Rooms, Incubator/Germinators and Plant Growth Chambers. Please let us know if there are specific areas you would like covered. We will do our best to either discuss them during class or spend time with you individually.
COST

Cost for the service school is $685.00, per person. This price includes service school instruction, class materials and meals from breakfast on Monday through lunch on Wednesday. Transportation and lodging are at the attendee's expense.

Lodging at the conference location, The Hilton Garden Inn, is available at a special group rate of $129.00 (plus taxes) per night. To obtain this special rate:

  • Contact the Hilton Garden Inn directly at 330-405-4488 for reservations
  • Refer to the EGC Service School in order to qualify for the conference rate
  • Make all lodging arrangements and payments directly to the Hilton Garden Inn
  • Room reservations must be made by Friday, September 6th to qualify for the group rate.
