We warrant our equipment to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty coverage includes a one-year warranty on all parts and labor for our environmental growth chambers and equipment, starting from the installation date. In addition, we offer extended warranty options that can be customized to meet each customer's unique needs.

All warranty claims are handled in a prompt and efficient manner. To discuss a claim, please call our Service Department toll-free at 800-321-6854 extension 346.

Please have the following information ready before you make the call so that we can process your concerns as quickly as possible:

  • Contact name, phone and fax number, email address (if available)
  • EGC job number, this number starts with Q and is located on the Model/Serial Number data plate

Paid Field Service

The EGC Service Department provides continuing service after the warranty period has expired. Our field service engineers are trained professionals with the experience and know-how to get your equipment up and running efficiently. Contact our Service Department to schedule an appointment.

EGC equipment has proven to be very durable and reliable if properly maintained over the years. As technology and design improvements advance, many of our customers inquire about updating their current installations.
